How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, survey the works and issue a quotation.
• To manage a project you have engaged us for.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the United Arab Emirates.

Consent for messaging

We contact you on WhatsApp, SMS or email only where you have given us your number or address and have agreed to receive messages from us. Consent is collected at the point you enquire and is specific to the type of message you agreed to receive.

We do not buy, rent or scrape contact lists, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing privacy@visionhomesdxb.com. Opt-outs are applied immediately and permanently across all of our senders.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship system and messaging providers, and where required by law or by a regulatory authority in the United Arab Emirates. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
